Cherokee purchased the 50 acres roughly bounded by I-25 to the north, Broadway Boulevard to the east, Mississippi Avenue to the south and Santa Fe to the west. The property is directly adjacent to the Broadway/I-25 RTD multi-modal station. Lightrail will provide access to and from the site to the downtown Denver CBD three miles north, and the suburban office center and high-end suburban residential areas in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) seven miles southeast.
