VCUP 5

  • Completed excavation of impacted soils
  • Completed post remediation monitoring – all TCE at property boundary is below the MDL except for two wells
  • Another round of groundwater monitoring done in Sept. 2005
  • Did install wells next to the CML since that is the direction the water is flowing and most were non-detect for TCE
  • Submitted a no further action determination in April 2006 – awaiting approval

VCUP 6

  • No activities completed or planned
  • No know source areas on parcel

VCUP 7

  • Installed 2 groundwater monitoring wells
  • VCUP will be tied to building demolition – as can’t get to source area as it’s under the building
  • Tested the other side of Broadway and had non-detects; Gates did not find anything on their property in this area
