Kiewit Building Group (KBG) has been selected by Cherokee Denver, LLC, to serve as Construction Manager of the horizontal infrastructure at the Cherokee Redevelopment of the former Gates Rubber Factory Site.

This work entails the demolition of existing buildings and structures, construction of storm sewers, sanitary sewer, water, natural gas lines, electrical power, streets, sidewalks, pedestrian bridges and a vehicular bridge over the South Platte River.
